You need to pair devices when powering up CK3x00 for the first time. Subsequently, all connections between your phone and CK3x00 are automatically established when both devices are within a few meters range of each other.
Procedure
Once the phone is open, select Tools.
Then select Control Panel.
Explore Connections...
... and select Bluetooth.
Bluetooth have to be set to Active.
Select the Paired Device tab, by cliking on the right arrow.
Click on New to launch a new discovery for Bluetooth devices. At the end, select the Parrot carkit.
Enter the Bluetooth pin code 1234, validate...
... and accept the connection request from the carkit.
